How we can help.

Whatever brings you here, we'll meet you where you are. Each offering is rooted in mindfulness and trauma-informed care, with the flexibility to combine modalities as your needs evolve.

Individual Therapy

Your path to feeling calmer, clearer, and more you.

Individual therapy at Head to Heart is a space that belongs entirely to you. Whether you are navigating anxiety, working through past experiences, managing a life transition, or simply feeling stuck, we meet you where you are and walk alongside you at your pace. Our approach blends proven therapeutic tools with a whole-person perspective — honoring not just how you think, but how you feel in your mind, body, and heart. Sometimes our bodies hold onto stress and difficult experiences in ways that talking alone cannot fully reach. Through gentle, body-based practices alongside traditional talk therapy, you will develop a deeper awareness of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, reactive, or disconnected — and discover new ways to feel grounded and at home in yourself. Sessions are available for adolescents and adults ages 13 through 90 and beyond, because growth and healing have no expiration date.

Experiential Therapy

Healing beyond four walls.

Not everyone does their best work sitting in an office, and that is perfectly okay. Experiential therapy at Head to Heart offers an alternative for those who feel more at ease, more present, or more open in non-traditional settings. Sessions may take place outdoors or incorporate movement and nature-based elements, allowing the natural world to support your process in ways that a traditional room simply cannot. This approach can be especially meaningful for anyone who feels drawn to the outdoors, has felt limited by conventional therapy, or is curious about exploring healing in a more embodied and expansive way. If you have ever thought, "I wish therapy did not have to feel so clinical," this may be the right fit for you.

Supervision for Interns

Where new clinicians grow into themselves.

As an LCSW with over 5 years of clinical experience, I am a Board-Approved Qualified Supervisor dedicated to fostering the professional growth of registered interns. My supervision style is strengths-based, focusing on navigating complex clinical cases, ethical decision-making, and trauma-informed care. I provide a collaborative environment to build competence and confidence while strictly adhering to state regulatory requirements for licensure.

Couples Counseling

Reconnect, communicate, and grow together.

Relationships take work, and asking for support is one of the strongest things you can do as a couple. Couples counseling at Head to Heart provides a safe, balanced space where both partners feel heard and respected. We help you identify the patterns that lead to conflict or distance, and we guide you toward more honest, compassionate communication so you can truly understand each other again. Whether you are working through a specific challenge, rebuilding trust, or simply want to deepen your connection, our collaborative approach focuses on helping you grow together rather than apart. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit — many couples find that investing in their relationship early leads to the most lasting, meaningful change.
